Join us on a Summer Reading Adventure!

3rd July 2020

Welcome to our Summer Reading Adventure! Looking for a fun-filled celebration of reading that takes young readers on a journey that promises to broaden their reading horizons? Then look no further...

From Key Stage 1 (age 5-7) right through to Key Stage 4 (age 14-16), we have selected six titles that are sure to spark the curiosity of readers throughout the summer holidays. Best of all, you can save £1 on every title included from now until Monday 31st August!

To help along the way, we've created reading passports that encourage adventurers to write down what they thought of the books, all-the-while building something that they can look back on at the end of the summer. Plus our authors will be getting involved, too!

Six weeks, six books and six adventures ready to be embarked on – there's no time to waste...

Key Stage 1 (age 5-7)

Download your passport
and journey into outer space, travel back in time, befriend a group of Mini Monsters, and more with our KS1 picks:

Key Stage 2 (age 7-11)

Read about real-life heroes, get your sleuth on, take a magical journey in a house with chicken legs, and more with our KS2 choices. Make sure you pack your passport!

Key Stage 3 (age 11-14)

Journey to an isolated sea stack, chase your dreams, debate the big questions, and more with our KS3 choices. Don't forget to download your passport!

Key Stage 4 (age 14-16)

Experience life from a whole new perspective, meet fearsome protagonists, join the Spinster Club, and more with our KS4 choices. Passports at the ready!

All books in our Summer Reading Adventure are available from Independent Usborne Organisers at a £1 discount** (and free postage too if you're local to them!). Contact us to find your local Organiser if you aren't already connected to one.

Happy reading!
