Welcome to Best Books for Children

Hello, my name is Kate L'argent,

Through my website you can browse and buy (please contact me for free delivery within approx 10 mile radius of Beaminster), find out about getting free books for yourself or your school and discover how good it is to earn money with Usborne. Please take a look and contact me if you'd like to know more about anything.

Start your own pop up shop!

If you have a passion for Usborne books you might like to sell them too! I joined simply to get the books at discount for my family. It was a great decision! I found it was fun to take the books to places I was already attending with my children and show them to other parents. So instead of spending money buying the books, I was earning money with them! Then I turned it into a rewarding, profitable, flexible business! I will offer support to help you to achieve what you would like from your Usborne.

Fantastic amount of FREE BOOKS for schools!

Our Ready Steady Read event is simple to run and encourages interest and excitement in reading while giving your school lots of free books! I do all the work - and then will help you to choose the free books! Even the smallest schools have been amazed at how successful our Ready Steady Reads are! Just contact me for information.

Home parties - a get together with our books!

Friendly, relaxed, a chance to catch up with friends and the latest new titles to browse. Special offers too!  Simply contact me to fix a date, invite your friends for a coffee morning or evening - perhaps get in a bottle of wine! NEWLY AVAILABLE - extend your party to include friends arounds the UK as well as those unable to attend with my new Virtual Party online link! In return you can choose free books for your children.
